Thanks for the heads on cigar solutions! I'm trying really hard not to buy a palio. I just bought a new humidor and a lotus lighter so I'm wanting to chill a little bit. But still, very very tempting.

2 months ago I spent $300 on accessories and nothing to store them in lol. I'm looking at cigar solution and thinking about picking up one of their combo palio and caddy. I have a 2 cigar caddy but I think I want something tad bigger. Not quite sure yet.

Glad you got the xikar switched out. Just FYI, Xikar has an unconditional waranty. You should be able to take any Xikar product and exchange it for the same product at any Xikar retailer, regardless of where you bought it. If you ever run into a shop that doesn't do this, then you should contact Xikar and let them know!

Something similar happened to my wife's cutter... It took me about twenty minutes, but I was able to take apart & reasemble it.... Good as new.
