Going to a steak, scotch and cigar dinner Saturday. Here is what is on the cigar menu. I am a Fuentes/Padron guy and do not know much about these listed. What would you smoke?

I wouldn't smoke any of that shit, bring you're own and enjoy the steak and scotch!
Patel Vintage 1992 probably isn't that bad. I don't have the super refined taste of some FOGS. Besides I paid for a cigar. Maybe others would think I was a snob bring an ISOM to the event. I am a go with the flow type guy.

Bulleit is a pretty good bourbon for the price.

Scotch, I would have to go with the Macallen if it was 12 years or older. If it was me though, I would pick something new that I ahve not tried. That goes for the cigar and the drink. Most importantly, enjoy yourself, no matter what you do!

If it were me I'd have no problem having a good back up smoke on me just in case I wanted it. An event where you don't feel obligated to waste your good smokes on newbs, go for it. It sucks to be wasting a good time on a cigar not worthy of the moment.
