  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Bad Boys 2- Usaaaaaaaaaaaaa (rubbing your ears, hehehe). Well, i like to go outside and just sleep, set an alarm for an hour more or less, if not, read a book you really really enjoy and you know that it'll distract you.
There's another alternative, i know most guys don't like it but, paint, color's show your emotions and is easy to relieve stress.

that used to be the ultimate relaxer for me. but now it's hard to relax with women on their cell phones in their suvs swarming around you.
if i can get out on the country rodes and light up a big one, then it works!
You got that right. Gotta have your head on a swivel. Fortunately there are a lot of roads around here with almost no traffic. Can't smoke with a full face helmet though. Have to find a nice place to stop.

That is awesome!!

Actually to deal with stress, I just freak out on people. Kidding, well kinda.

Cigars and alcohol work well for me.

Mine is working out, I have found I cannot maintain a good state of mental health without being physically fit. My wife has even caught on, she notices that I will lose my temper more easily and show signs of stress if I have not been to the gym for a prolonged period. Theres nothing better than that natural high I get after a solid workout, I sleep better, my outlook on life improves, and my though process improves dramatically.

Cigars and good libation are just hobbies, things I enjoy. But when it comes to real stress management I turn to the gym. Lifting weights, cardio and practicing MMA is my personal stress management, and I have found no substitute.
I totally agree! SOUND BODY = SOUND MIND

I have noticed the swings when I slack off and don’t feel in shape and unfortunately that’s where I am right now because of my work load and other stuff going on. The thing is, now is when I need it the most. I was very heavy into the martial arts for over 20 years and was an instructor for quite a few years. Also lifted weights. Never felt better.
Right now I try to work out when I can but it is not enough.

I play guitar and that gives me a nice escape and of course I look forward to nice cigars and a few drinks on the weekends but I need to get back to a regular workout routine.
