yeah, Audi put a standard A4 on an add, for BMW to show them up they had to put the top of the line 3 series... the M3.
I'd rather drive an Audi A6 than any BMW (if it's the only car I own.)
Nothing is as comfortable as an Audi.
BMW's are a bit more aggressive, tighter suspension...
Mercedes is nice, but the suspension is just a bit too loose (the exception is the CLS55/63/65 AMG)

On the contrary, if I were BMW, I'd be thanking Audi for the challenge. It's too cliche, you move, check mate. You want to challenge me, be careful what you wish for, kudos to BMW for coming up with the ad, I love it.
