  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Yesterday I smoked the last one in my Tatuaje sampling, the Noella.
Now I get it. I have smoked the Cojonu 2003 and 2006, the Regios and the Unicos. The 2003, and 2006 are very similar and the Regios and Unicos are very similar. Amazingly, the small Noella was able to incorporate the flavors, body, nicotine, and that desire that the Regios and Unicos give you to eat. BTW, What is that called? some one should invent a name for that stomach ache! The very strong pepper was there also, but only for like a half inch, then it was like the 2006, then I got hungry like the Regios, then all the flavors just came out. I completely see why people are addicted!! They would be great to switch between each cigar. Very yummy. I completely didn't expect that from a small cigar and I initially didn't include it in my sampling because of its size, but GOOD things do indeed come in small packages!!!

The Noellas is my favorite of the new reserves. It packs all the flavor and punch into one of my favorite vitolas.

I've only had one Noella (actually the only Miami I've smoked so far, though I have a few others), but I have to say it was kind of blah. Smooth, but not much flavor at all.

But I'm assuming that it was either a random dud or my palate was off that day, because I love the HVI line and Cabaiguan. I'll certianly give them another try.

Wouldn't you like to know?
Was one of the worst cigars I had last year. I had one bad one that no matter what it smoked hot and natsy. I have smoked a dozen truly great ones since then so 12 to 1 says great stick.

I've grown to love the brown label cigars so much I talked a few boxes into the store I work at. Now I have some at my disposal for easy discounted smoking heheh. I do suggest them to other customers at times too (though I feel I shouldn't because I don't want to many people buying them!).
