Sopranos...worth the time?

overall, it was a very good series. some seasons better than others, some episodes better than others. even some disappointing shows. But overall, a good thing to watch.

regarding the Godfather, nothing can surpass that.

:rofl: I agree. Deadwood definitely pushed the dialog envelope much further than any TV show I've ever watched. I was sorry to see it go.

I wouldn't say The Sopranos was the greatest series ever, but definitely well worth viewing.

My family and I are stupidly hypnotized by the Series. All those years before i wondered why my mom and dad would tell us that they were gonna be in their room at "x" hour, never missed it, now that us kids watch it… damn, it's so good!

Tough for any show to top the first few seasons, they were all pretty good for the most part but the last few seasons seemed to be slow developing. Maybe they were running out of ideas towards the end. My favorite show of all time is The Sheild hands down, never a dull moment, anyone watch it?

I have never watched the first episode of The Sopranos. In general I enjoy Mob/Gangster/Godfather type movies. Before I invest a lot of time and knowing that the very last episode left a lot of people wanting, what say ye brothers (and sisters)?
