dry cough

I have come down with a persistent dry cough from a lingering tickle in the back of my throat. It’s worse when I lay down to sleep at night. Hoping it’s not directly cigar related and just some passing allergy stuff. Anyone else dealing with this?

Yeah, it's definitely a pollen issue on my side. Our cars all look like someone's painted them yellow!

I have the exact same thing, Zulu. I'm assuming it's allergy-related. I've noticed that when I run the humidifier in the house (or at least bedroom at night) it seems to help immensely.

It happens to me every year. The doctor will write me a prescription that helps sometimes. Most of the stuff that's been prescribed doesn't do much good. This year I just let it run it's coarse.

It's definitely allergy related. Try a humidifier. You might also try a decongestant before bed as it could be irritation from drainage.

Chronic cough is usually related to a post-nasal drip. That or reflux.....

I'd like to join in on this self-pity party. I've also been down and out for the last week with a head cold or something. I think I might be allergic to my job. It's very rare that I get sick. It sucks because I have some cigars that I'm itching to smoke and I know it would be a waste of time since I can't taste much.

I am taking a week break...I feel sorry for whoever gets tattooed by me during that week!

CAUTION: Decongestants all (to my knowledge) contain stimulants so they may keep you up at night.
