Come on southerners (and of course any other brother that wants a good excuse to visit God's country). We got lots of places close to choose from. Vicksburg, New Orleans, Biloxi, Tunica/Memphis. Just throwing those out there, I can go pretty much anywhere.

Most of the casinos on the coast are cigar friendly. I know new orleans is definately smoke friendly. never had a problem in tunica, but memphis is not very smoke friendly.

Vicksburg could be an option. And I know a great restaurant over there. Although, it's not cigar friendly but good eating.

If it several hundred miles from VA/NC, try to keep it near a major airport hub and that would be easier for those that have to travel!!

New to the forum, however Nashville would be a good hub, some nice B&M's there. Smoked my best cigars when I lived there in 2000 attending Nashville Auto Diesel College. Been looking for an excuse to get back there, have tried for many years but can not get back whatever I try. This could be a good chance.

There are several nice lakes in northern Mississippi and TN that offer great fishing and cabins. I can probably comondeer a couple of boats to bring with me. Or we could all head to Louisianna and do a speckled trout charter or something like that. Go fishing one day and hit bourbon street the next. either one of those would be pretty cool IMO.

I know a lot more about the southern part of the state and usually fish Louisiana waters myself, but I have been on several trips to lake washington in the delta. Every trip I have been on up there, I always fill at least one cooler up while I'm there. Could have filled up two, but one of them was full of beer all the time....hehehe. As for south waters. We could go out to Chandilere Islands. Worlds best speckeled trout fishing. Big redfish for you guys that like to fight a fish for 45 minutes. Between Mississippi and Lousiana fishing is not a problem. Heat and Humidity however can be. Or you guys may not want to fish at all. I dont care either way, I just think it will be great to get together. I fish every weekend as it is, so I can take one off or fish it....lol.
