what about the judges?

contest judges..the unsung heroes of the world! what do they get for the work they do? glory? pride? status? free parking?
i recently worked with a few judges,and let me tell you,it's not all hollywood glamour,rockstar status,king of the world stuff...there's judging involved!

so,what about the judges? how do you compensate a judge...
i don't know exactly,but i'm trying to put together something decent. here's what i've got so far:
