  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Well, it's been a while since I posted here.

Today's lunch came out of me "let's experiment" mindset today. It is a white fish (don't know the translation) fillet seasoned with old-fashioned mustard, paprika, lime and sea-salt, over a jamaica flower reduction with a side dish of roasted 'tatoes (garlic and rosemary; I think I already posted the recipe for those). Might I add that it is GOOD? Well, it is! Lastly, pardon the colours it gives; didn't have too much to work with nor was I eager to do extra work so that the lot of ye had a pretty photo. Here it is:

Ahhhh....I've heard of making tea with it, a reduction sounds interesting with fish.

So, why didn't you do this at Jeffs, with all the fish I gave you, and the neighbor's Hibiscus....?
Never remembered at a good time. Nor did ye, so shush it. :grinFU:

Very yumi. Too bad i can't have jamaica (tried it again a little while back, before going to NY at a friends house... Still bothers me a lot. Not as much, but i still am allergic to it)
