This was confirmed via voice mail by calling NHC and Tobaccoworld

The MN shop is doing a list, but he seemed uncertian as to how many would get boxes, how long the "real" list was (inferring there were regulars he had pre-promised to), etc. I got on the list, but am not holding my breath.

I've been calling every store, can't get through and voicemail on the others. Many of the mailboxes are full as well. I've been reduced to sending emails, even called some of the secondary retailers and they have no idea when or how many boxes they will receive. If anyone on the list is willing to split a box or resell for a small profit, please send me a PM! Thx

well< i secured at least ONE box of the Dracs, thats all they were doing in RI. As for the boris, he couldnt secure one for me bc he didnt know how many he was getting.
