I just tracked the number down if you want to call and find Santa it is 1-877-Hi-Norad. There is a website but since my tax dollars are paying these people to answer a phone I call all the time. Tons of fun last call in he was in Brazil.

BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE
Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Don't worry we here at Botl know your crazy. But thats O.K. around here. As many phone calls as they must get they are still friendly too me and I have been calling about every 5-10 minutes. My tax dollars are funding this so I mine as well get my monies worth.
