yeah the public cutter thing is pretty gross. come to think of it, I have used a number of you guy's cutters. eewwwww:sadstare:

Always wet before cutting as it keep the wrapper from unravelling. I always have my own cutter and use nobody elses for this simple reason.

I have started recently, mostly due to holding the stick in my mouth while gathering my other stuff. In public, I never use a table cutter; I lost mine recently and started using my back-up punch! Now, I use it all the time!

Lol, shit I go Linda Lovelace on my cigars before I do anything with them. I let em dry out a bit then cut and light. I find I have less caps fall apart and less wrappers split if I moisten them first.

Wetting used to be part of my ritual but Ive found myself forgoing this practice lately. No real reason. Maybe Ill go back to doing this...hmm...
