BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE
Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

As much as I hate to admit it, Steve Jobs has me firmly by the scrote. I fought it for years, but now we're a 2 Iphone, 5 Ipod family. Still got my Windows based pc, though. I like to think of that as my small rebellion.

If you are a multiple chat client user including AIM, MSN, Yahoo, and even Facebook chat do yourself a favor delete all those preloaded ones and download Trillian from app world. While it is 4.99, it's the best multi-chat program out there, and it includes Facebook chat. I use it on my pc as well.
LifeInPocket is a voice turn by turn free navigation, but Google Maps is just fine.
Podcasts is a new app which gives you bb based podcasts.
The Weather Channel or WeatherBug are good weather apps.
Trapster is a nifty app which gives you speed traps in real time. However the catch is that it is based on other users who update as they go. Good thing is that it is is a multiphone program so everyone can use it.

I also use the BB Facebook, Drivecarefully (Reads emails out loud), BB Messenger, and Lister. I only use the free downloads off Blackberry App World. Your bank may have an app. Also you should check out Crackberry forums. They have tons of useful information. Security is another consideration. Smartphones have tons of personal and professional information on them. I have an article somewhere on BB security, I'll try and locate.
