Lots of flavour and no buzz??

You mentioned 5 Vegas Gold. I like them, and I absolutely love 5 Vegas Gold Maduro. Like you, I try to avoid the buzz (I don't smoke cigarettes either.) Although every now and then I will smoke an Oliva V figurado which does have a buzz, but which also has a taste that I love so much that now and then the tradeoff is worth it!

The EPC core line should fit the bill, also. Gran Habano's Triple (formerly 3 Siglos) has a ton of flavor, but smooth and little/no kick.

LA 1495 is another, even better choice -- I've found it crazy smooth, but there's a little ligero in there -- I don't get any sense of nic, though.

Everything I've heard about the Gran Habano 3 Siglos is that it's a freaking powerhouse.

Same with the LA 1495, actually. Which is also super duper expensive.
