  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Only one of the sizes is box-pressed, the Magnifico. I was very surprised how good it was/is because I usually don't care for cigars with "Mexican" wrappers.

The Mi Amor is a damn fine cigar in my opinion.
I believe the Churchill and Valentino are the only sizes not box pressed, but I could be very wrong here.

Damn fine cigar tho, my favorite thing coming out of IPCPR 2010

I have to say the Amor is an outstanding cigar. So many interesting flavors to keep you interested. I vote this easily in the top 5 of new releases this year. This is also a great example of a cigar that should age very well

The Mi Amor is definitely one of my favorites right now. Loving the sweetness in these; not too much, just enough to keep you wanting more. I'm having a hard time not buying a box of these right now.

Just had a Mi Amor that a buddy gave me. It was a very nice smoke. I will probably buy some more next time I'm at Holt's, but I wouldn't make a special trip just to get them.

I haven't had the limited La Aroma's but the regular "new blend" La Aroma was one of the most underwhelming cigars I'd smoked in a while. It was wood and pepper and practically nothing else. The construction and burn were good but definitely not my kind of cigar.

How would you say the La Aroma De Cuba new blend compares to the old for their original line? I remember hearing some people complain saying that the old was better.
The blends are completely different.

The Mi Amor did nothing for me at first. I bought a few different sizes and by then it grew on me. I can't get enough of them now, especially the Magnificos. If I were to compare them to anything, it wouldn't be the EE. They remind me a lot of the Padron Annivesarios without the age. Very bold.
