How late does it have to be for you not to go out and smoke? If I recall, I think the latest I have ever smoked was 1230 (0030hrs) and that was on New Years. What about you all?

Depends. I do what I call "porch night" every month or so where my buddies and I will light a chiminea on the porch and hang out til 4 or 5 in the morning drinking and smoking.

I never thought about it being 'too late' to smoke a cigar. I have decided I might be heading to sleep soon, so I won't light one up-but regularly at midnight my girl will ask if I'm going to smoke yet. I'd say 2 or 3AM, maybe?

On the weekends there is never a time that is to late, it is just how I feel. During the work week I probably don't spark one up after 10pm

Well... depending on what you think of as late, but in the summer I'll light one up at 0500 on the golf course. It's actually early for me considering I slept the night before.

Depends if the wife is in town. :)

Ended a smoke at 3:00Am on chat one time. :agreesmil

Same here!! In September when I was smoking regularly back at my place in Ottawa, I would regularly spark one up at 1:30am or later.

I'm a night owl, so this is like "early evening" for me.

Usually, though, I try to time my cigars for within 30-40 minutes of finishing dinner. I find it's a great time to relax and enjoy the smoke, it's a nice time of evening, and I can enjoy my fuller-bodied favorites.

Time is not as much an issue as the temperature. These days with the responsibilities of life I don't often get to stay up late due to exhaustion. In college I was a major night owl and I imagine if I'd smoked cigars then I'd have smoked a fair number between the hours of 10 pm and 4 am. Most of the time I'm smoking when I'm out at the bar or back porch with my buddies so it tends to be later in the evening. Thursday night we smoked and conversed till 1 am.

I light up after I close up the bar on Friday and Saturday, so 2:30 am, and am done by 3:15. On the week nights, 8:00 is about it for me.

When I am at home, I generally stop by around 2:00a... when I'm on the road, who knows. Usually after dinner and a work out, so it could be 12:00a or 1:00a before I even start.
