Capoeira Aluno

Rich, dark flavours of coffee bean and cocoa, a razor-perfect burn, snow-white ash.

I love these.

I almost want to put together the "Capoeira Challenge" wherein I send people 5 unlabeled sticks, one of which being a Capoeira, and they have to guess which one it is.

I firmly believe that these can rival most super-premium cigars.

They're fantastic.

Which of their sticks is your favourite?

The Professor is the first one I smoked, and it's the robusto size. It was great.

This one - the Aluno - is the Cuban corona size, of 5.5 x 46.

I actually prefer the Aluno, because it's a little longer, but also a little thinner. I am not too huge into fat, chunky cigar sizes.


They're all the exact same blend, so I gather you should just try whichever size you tend to like best. Or just pick up one of the Test Flight samplers, which contains 2 of each size.

It's a Famous Smoke Shop exclusive, so go there.

I got a box of these off of Cigar Auctioneer for $45.

It's ultra-premium quality, at a dog-rocket price.

I'm serious, people, these sticks can easily sit side-by-side with Tatuaje, DPG, even LP.

Opus X Love Affair... great flavors... cinnamon, nutmeg, oak, and candied apples: sweet & spicy.

Had some wrapper problems, but I was outside and it was somewhat cold out, so I'll try another one inside to see if I can avoid the construction issues.
