Here's an update...

After shipping everything to date, and holding aside three orders (two trades, one ****** where the guy asked me to wait a couple of days for payment), I have lightly more than 3,000 bands left.

So, if you want some, I still have some, but they are going fast.

I'd recommend filling out the form, sending payment, and posting here on the thread that you are taking 500, 1000 or whatever. That way folks should have some idea as to what is left.

I'll make an effort to post here as soon as I'm sold out, and/or change the web page so folks know, but obviously I'm not on 24/7 and if I get a few orders in the night, I might have to refund money to the unlucky people who don't make the cut...

Another update... Every request has been shipped, except for one where I'm waiting for a trade to finish up. I still have a few thousand bands, so if you want 'em, I can likely take care of you. (I will try to update the web page periodically with status information, now that supplies are starting to run out...)

I had a couple of requests right after the last post. I have 1500 bands left.

(For the curious, when I sell out, typically I wait three to six months so there's some demand out there, announce another group buy, collect funds for a month or so, and then have bands made, which takes about a month. It's pretty efficient. The last time I had bands made, I had some extra $$ available so bumped up the quantity a bit because pre orders were really strong. That was a mistake, I bought too many, and got stuck with leftovers. The next time I do this there won't be as many left overs... if I had to guess, it'll be July or even later before another round is done. Maybe never if Drew Cigars starts selling blank bands at retail...)

Hey there, assuming the couple of outstanding transactions go through, I am now officially sold out. I will indicate this on the web page too.

FWIW if someone leaves me a positive trader comment and indicates that they received their bands safely in the trader comment, I will always check to see if I've left a trader comment, and if not, will made a positive comment for them... it seems to be the easiest way to make sure that everyone is happy with the purchase.

Damn...

Anyone who got in on this able to spare 50 or so of these? Don't need a lot, and can lap yap, or trade if you'd prefer.

If someone wants it, please post on this thread so that we don't get a collision, then fill out the web form, submit it, and ideally pay with ******. (I'm OK with sticks in trade, too, but for $20 in sticks it seems inefficient.)

For the curious, one participant who originally wanted to trade for 1000 bands, after a few delays, decided that it would be best to cut the order down to 500 bands and pay with ******. I have his $$ and will ship his 500 on Monday or Tuesday, it would be great to be able to send the other 500 in the same batch.

To update, I'm completely sold out as of a few days ago.

I do not plan on reordering until the fall, but will make a point of coming over here and posting when I put that together.

(Hopefully if I don't remember, someone who frequents this board, and also other boards, can do me the favor of copying the announcement here... that would be great.)
