Had the BugMan family over last night... Wife made Brinner! We had 2 different types of quiche: one with Swiss, bacon, and asparagus, other with cheddar and bacon. Also had this thing called a Bacon Cheddar Pancake. It was a baked dish, a sort of pancake texture filled with bacon and cheddar. For Brinner Dessert? A rich Danish... easy make. You press a can of crescent dough into bottom of pan. Layer a cream cheese filling, layer any kind of pie filling, with crescent dough on top. After it's done, you make a simple powder sugar icing over it. Mmmm... She did a great job!

I should've taken a picture of last night's dinner. I made Thai curry chicken marinated in coconut milk (which I also used for a reduction sauce) with a side of garlic olive oil roasted asparagus. Followed by a Nub Habano Natural :togetherl

Simple, but true- Home made welfare burgers (with a green pepper stickin out of the side) and home made hand cut french fries on the bbq.
There really is nothing more summer-like than a good burger on a bun that was toasted in the bbq.

Had rack of lamb in a bean soup, sticking with the "out of my comfort zone" whim. that's lamb twice now, in the past week, in lieu of steak.

Homemade meat loaf, steamed veggies, au gratin potatoes, and a nice Dixie cup full of homemade moonshine courtesy of Grandad.

Homemade blueberries muffin with powdered sugar, homemade peanut butter cookies with fluffy white frosting and triple chocolate space cake. (Guess why we call it that LOL).
