First Bolivar smoke ever.
first 1/3 earthy is the over whelming characteristic.
starting the 2/3 and I am getting a sweetness and some coffee, very cool.
Neighbor Dave hands me a Palm beer which is an amber Beligum.
Into the 2/3 and chocolate is the main note now. Draw loosened up a bit after poking a mini screw driver through it some
The beer goes nicely with it.
Medium to full body. Fairly smooth with a finish I am not putting a finger on yet.
My overall impression was middle of the road. I got some good flavor from it, but the finish I couldnt put my finger on, I didnt enjoy which stayed with me for the entire smoke and then some.
overall rating 6/10
I preferring the partagas short to this and will try a trinidad reyes this weekend to compare.
