Yeah I got some graycliff crystals in the mail and one was ridiculously squished. Like way worse then the photo you linked. No cracks and I smoked it right away with no problems. I guess really that is all I care about in the end. I think it had something to do wit the way it was boxed with the other cigars I ordered. I know that if the cigar is destroyed most mail orders can be replaced or refunded with no qualms whatsoever. I do love me some graycliffs though.
