The audio patch cable has a right angle connector on one end. You can leave it plugged in and still close the lid.
Waiting for the trip home. I sold this box to a local attorney for his lake house. His wife really liked the look of the box.
I sure wish I could get more of these size boxes. I think this may be the best looking one I have built.
With the lid open you can see the drivers and the vinyl covered face. The lid stay was hand made from 1/8" aluminum.

A basic boombox that will really rock.
Simple and clean.
Notice the two ports, I put a divider in every boombox box so that each driver is in its own volume.
