  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

    Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

    domestics, due to thicker binders, tend to have a lot of problems when stored too wet. that is why a lot of opus x have terrible burn issues when they are fresh.

    no. when it comes to humidors, like aquariums, the bigger the better. the few desktops I have don't go that high, thanks to beads, but they do fluctuate more frequently than I'd like. don't have that problem with cabinets.

    I disagree about twang being directly proportional to the presence of nicotine. you can fire up a very potent cigar (i.e lfd double ligero) and it be completely devoid of twang. I believe nicotine tastes more like white pepper. which gives you that tingle in the back of your throat.

    I burn about 5 cigars at a normal herf. 2 or 3 when I visit a shop. unless I camp out at serious cigars, where I'll smoke up to 5. I do believe I smoked anywhere from 6-8 during the holiday party :smt028
