  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

    Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

    Got an Amarillo hopped wheat beer in secondary. My buddy made this before and it's great. He jumped up to 10 gallon batches and gave me half his first batch. :). I'm dry hopping with a little warrior and sterling I had sitting around. Total experiment here.

    I do not. I use promash for the most part I'm gonna try a pumpkin ale this week hopefully. Might use yours as a base as I do not have lot of the flaked malt on hand though.

    I've seen Bell's Oberon (locally, maybe not by you) and a few other...german hefe's...etc. Find a good bottle shop near you and poke around or ask what's coming. Looks like Bell's Hopslam is coming too. http://www.beernews.org/ Good resource. :D
