  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

    Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

    Went to middlebass island yesterday. famous strawberry shots. found this guy snubbed at the ferry docks. It's going to be my mission to find on Friday when we go to put in bay.

    I've found over the years for brisket and untrimmed fatcap and lots of bats help a ton. Also depending if it's wood or wet smoked the arou t of mopping helps. The amount of bats to its stall out time is important too. Here's a little gem for you guys I've held close and it's time to share...

    Hey I think those unicos just scored a 94 or 6 in the cigar snob magazine, Or one of those hoytitoytie ones, in the vintage catagory too. The only nc on there I think.
