• BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

    Today's Smoke (2004-2022 Archive)

Got an unbanded from a buddy at work. It was the worst smoke I've ever had, started off really nice, good spice, etc. Then a half inch in, it tasted like somebody had dunked it in dish soap, not slight taste, but like I was smoking dish soap. I nearly threw up it was so bad, had to throw it away...

    2012 F1 Season Opener

Have to agree, he'd better step it up right away, or he's through. Starting at 16th and retiring in Australia, then starting in 12th and finishing 15th in Malaysia, I wouldn't blame Ferrari if they dumped his ass right away. China is going to be an interesting race.

That's probably true, I don't see Massa lasting much longer.

    2012 F1 Season Opener

Ok, I didn't like hearing what I heard over Sergio Perez's radio. Then all of a sudden he puts a tire off. They should've stfu and let him finish the race, which would've most likely consisted of him passing Alonso.

    How I got duped by a co-worker

I had something similar happen to be a few years ago, which brought me to say to myself, "Never again!" I don't accept anything from anybody anymore, sometimes that bugs people, but I just prefer it that way.

T52, Undercrown That will be my last T52, all the more for you guys out there. I've smoked several now, and have come to the conclusion, I'm just not a fan. Undercrown wasn't too bad, that was my first, so I will prob buy a few more of these.

    Griz Charges Tourists

That's exactly true. If they had run, it would've been a much different video. Grizzly's have been clocked at 30mph over a short distance, catching a human no matter who they are wouldn't be an issue.

Bought a 120qt Coleman, it had a better seal than any of the smaller, or larger ones I came across.

A perfect example of why every palate is different.

None of us know what to buy without asking what has worked well in the past. :) That's how I've done it, reading up on what seems to consistently age very well, then cross my fingers that I didn't just waste 5 years. If you have room, you can take a risk and try some others out. No matter...
