  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

    Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

    I moved my double IPA into secondary today, put in 2oz Galena dry hops. Looks like this baby is around 8% ABV and tastes great as she sits. Can't wait for a little conditioning time and to tap this one. Started a tad low on the OG, but went under the targeted FG, so I hope it's not too dry...

    Brewing a hop monster on Tuesday

    3 oz each of of centennial and Chinook. 2 oz Galena to dry hop....Although I wont get this out of primary before I leave for Vegas tomorrow as it is still bubbling away. That will be pretty much be over a week of fairly agressive fermentation action. This was the AHS Double IPA kit.
