• BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Boxes of Tat Havana Cazzies for $163 at Atlantic

I had to post this because I've never seen these available at a price this low. I was about to snap up a box at another online retailer for $223. Glad I found these. Just passing along the deal info.

My Father Le Bijou 1922 Federal PR

I can't stop smoking these babies! This is my favorite nc cigar right now. One thing I have noticed, and it's not a complaint, is that the thin conny wrappers are a bit fragile. I just use a little extra care when handling and when removing the band. I'll be picking up more of these, needless to...

2012 BOTL LE Lancero, by Drew Estate

What a fantastic cigar! I wish I'd bought boxes instead of fivers. Congrats to all involved in this production. These produce even more resting smoke than LP9's. I love that about DE stuff :)

    X-take: Tatuaje Baby Face

Thanks Matt. This one is prolly my favorite in the line-up, although I just smoked the second Mum this a.m. and it was awesome. The first was meh. Man, The Lil Monsters are excellente smokes. Throw in the Little Boris, which is unreal good, and PJ and DPG are knockin' 'em out of the park...

Great review, Matt. I've now smoked one of each and this one is my favorite, with Wolfie and Face close seconds.

    EP Carrillo INCH Maduro

Thanks for the review Dan. I'm gonna check these out. That they are not full power is a big plus at this size. I also like the fact that there are some different flavors as the smoke progresses. A big plus for a massive cigar, imo.

    X-take: Tatuaje Frank Jr.

I wasn't a big fan of the mini Frank, either. Not a bad smoke at all. I was just expecting more. Love the Wolfie and Face though :)

    NH shops = great!

If your avatar is your pic, then, no, you were not there. The only guy in the store other than Ben was a gray-haired gent. He sparked a conversation with me about California, but I had limited time. I really wanted to sit down with him, but couldn't. Next time :)

    NH shops = great!

I loved NH. I will definitely look you fellas up next Summer. My cigar time was limited on this trip, but I would love to meet the NH crew. Absolutely. Ben knows cigars and the folks who create them. Period.

    NH shops = great!

Just returned from a week in NH visiting my brother in Durham. I went to 2 Guys Smoke Shop in Seabrook and I also checked out Federal in Epping, NH. I dealt with Adam at 2 Guys and Ben at Federal. This was my first experience with b&m's, as I buy all of my cigars online. Both of these gents...

    Favorite "Full Strength" Cigar

I gotta go with LG Small Batch (the whole series). They are pricey and they are not always easy to find after the initial release, but they are huge and they're as full as full gets. I finish one of those and I'm done, drinking or not.

    Any "Collectors" Out There?

I smoke 'em all. Sometimes, before they are "ready." I sometimes regret it, but there constantly so many more great cigars coming out it's hard to keep up. I know a botl who collects cigars (mostly Clear Havanas) and viewing his collection is a treat. The box art is incredible. So much history.

If you can find them, buy them!!

I would buy the Nosotros. TNT Cigarguy gifted me some a while back...they were great. Better than the fresh one's I had when they were released. 2 cents.
