  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

    Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

    I had one of those signed 44 boxes. I'm not sure if the family sat down and signed them all or not. Mine came in shrink wrap. I gave the box to a gun nut buddy who keeps ammo in it. I would sell them or trade them if you don't want to smoke them. They are cigars, after all :).

    I agree 100%. They are bred to be aggressive towards other animals, but they are manageable if you are a capable, caring owner.

    Padron 1964 Anniversary Maduro

    Ahmed, I have better results when I smoke them fresh. For me, at least, they tend to lose a bit of bite after age. I only keep a few on hand for this reason. I keep my Aristocrat Mini at 65, so maybe that's why? I dunno.

    Mine was an OpusX double robo from the Fuente Story box (the one with the dvd from several years ago). Up to that point, Onyx Reserve was the best stick I had tried. That Opus was a game changer for me, and still one of the best cigars I've had :)

    They are all good in my opinion. I recently picked up a box of 12 robusto tubos. The tubes are a nifty design. I have heard more people compliment the lancero than any of the other V vitolas, however.

    What I liked about Amazon payments was not only that they did not charge a fee, but they also are not into the morality squad mentality (anti-tobacco, guns, fun). I don't have a problem with ** either, just preferred Amazon a bit for the above reasons. Question: I sold $100 worth of music...

    I like to use Amazon because they don't charge a fee for receiving payment like saygal does. I logged on today to receive a payment and they made me give them my SSN. Something about needing the info for Tax Purposes. It's a new era for online payments and taxes in general...oh well, it was fun...

    Cabaiguan (the first one with the connecticut wrapper) is the most complex nc mild cigar I've had. Very subtle that one.
