  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

    Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

    Good looking plants! I'm having the same routine with my scorpion and ghost, especially the ghost. Heat is too high and all the blossoms fall off.

    Finally got around to brewing the chocolate wit this past weekend that I was supposed to brew forever ago. Not totally to style but went with half MO and half red wheat for a grist. Started fermentation at 64 and let it ramp up to 75 on its own over time. I was talking to the brewer from Barrel...

    I'm generally an adventurous eater but I'm really picky when it comes to my protein and agree with you for the most part... the flavors rarely live up to half of what you'd hope! But I give ON credit IMO they nailed it with this one. It's sweet but not cloying like others I've had and not chalky...

    May have to give their stuff a try at some point Ive been taking Xtend and ON whey myself. Though ON just came out with a salted caramel that is outright the best tasting protein powder Ive ever had. Pretty pricey and only comes in small tubs though.

    If your diet is right then honestly just listen to your body and be observant of your workouts. If your struggling to finish your sets or having issues hitting the same numbers workout to workout then tone it down a little or take an extra days rest. Its basically a sign your not fully recovered...
