• BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

    Travelling to Cuba

Ok well here is what I know tho help. Varadero is supposed to have some of the best beaches in the world and a LCDH. A friend just got back from cayo santa maria and said it was very nice as well. And there is Havana. Havana doesn't have much if any all inclusive resorts but has quite a few nice...

    Travelling to Cuba

First question is where in Cuba are you going. Most of the factories that provide tours are in Havana so it might be tough you aren't planning on heading there. I have never been anywhere in Cuba but Havana so I am not a lot of help if you are going to Varadero. But if you are going to Havana...

    Cohiba Behike BHK 56

I have been lucky enough to smoke a few of these already. Today was the first time I have had a clean enough pallet to come close to a review. I had thought that they were very good cigars with the first few I tried but will now upgrade that to excellent. I am normally not much of a Cohiba...

Is everyone anal? Or is it just me?

I guess it also depends on how much you smoke. Writing that novel would have detracted from my time in Havana last week. Pretty cool idea if you smoke a cigar a day or less. Way to much work if you smoke alot.

I never bought a ton out side of my normal Jorges. I did buy some from Hamlet that are very good as well as Yolanda at the Melia Habana. I bought some at the conde villa Neuva and haven't tried them be it took some searching to find ones that were properly filled and not really soft. I smoke...

Friday was the last real day there. I kept it pretty quiet as it was the gala dinner in the evening. We went to one of the Great restraunts in Havana Doctors Cafe, because the the owner/Chef is a doctor, gynocologist to be precise. Rob Ayala was there as well, so you get the idea that it is...

Wednesday I started out with a trip to the RyJ factory store to visit Hamlet. I guess the factory is no longer in use but they left the store open as only here and Partagas had stores at the factories. Because of this many tours include a trip to a factory but most have no store they come...
