• BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

    Today's Smoke (2004-2022 Archive)

Best cigar of the week was a 70's Montecristo Dunhill selection Suprema #3. The finesse of a 30 year old cigar is just hard to beat. It was possibly the best cigar I have ever had.

    mmmm,magicos...

I think that with less then a year on them all of the maduro5 have not been great. If you can give them a couple years they should be much better. Posted via Mobile Device

The Thanksgiving Weekend "Smoke your Rare Smoke" thread

Ok no pictures for my smoke as I forgot even my phone at home when I went to smoke. Here goes this cigar is not in perfect condition but for 30 years of age there is only a tear in the wrapper caused by the band. Pre light there is little taste or aroma left in this cigar. A #3 is great size...

Great cigars you just don't like

I have to jump on the Davidoff Avo band wagon here. I really believe they are great cigars. They are very well made and very complex but the flavour just doesn't work for me. Posted via Mobile Device

Finally got my first CCs in!

I don't know if they they still are but the Genios were released way too young. at least my OR box was. With a couple of years on them they are much better

The Thanksgiving Weekend "Smoke your Rare Smoke" thread

I think this is supposed to be a Vegueros. Everyone I have ever smoked has been very mild. I haves some friend that quite enjoy them but they are too light for me. I would smoke it early with a clean palate as the flavours are quite good but light.

    The "1 left..." Factor!

I only find it tough if I had a full box at one point. Other then that the time I grab is the right time. I don't own a cigar that I don't plan on smoking in the next 6 months with a few exceptions that I know aren't ready. If it's ready smoke it. Posted via Mobile Device
