• BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

How much does/has the band of a cigar influence(d) you perception of it?

I put used to as I have been fooled too many time by fancy labels. I know some cigars live up to the fancy labels but not all. I know Habanos has stepped up there labels lately but still nothing as fancy a simple Gurkha. Think that is enough reason to try ignore the band and concentrate on...

    Monster Thoughts

I think that part of the popularity of the cigars is that there is no way everyone can get a box. 31 boxes isn't a lot and that is what makes them so special. I am more dependant on online retailers for these thenmost others due to the fact that I am outside of the US. I had no idea on how...

So I got the cigar sickness last night

Smoke more often. I haven't had that happen in years and I have smoked some very strong cigars early and on an empty stomache. Plan for it more until your body adjusts then you can smoke pretty mcuh any thing.

    The "unlucky" 13 retailers

I quite enjoyed most of Dracs posts here. Most of us on here can bitch and moan about how we would do things if it was us. He actually has to make the descisons that the rest of us just talk about. Un fortunately if I owned a store I doubt I would take online or phone orders unless that was...
