  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

    Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

    I'm not sure you can actually smell ammonia. I have tasted this phenomenon however. From my understanding, a cigar has to be really really young to taste like ammonia. If you think you smell ammonia, the safe bet is to let them sit for another month. I have heard the ammonia stage resolves...

    This is the reason for close follow up. I find it funny when patients think I want them to follow closely because it pays me. I get paid the same no matter how many patients I see. Me personally, I love atenolol for BP control. Lowering heart rate and BP extends life and is cardioprotective...

    I am a lover of smaller gauged smokes. With that said, IMHO the larger gauged VR's smoke a bit better. I like the VR's with age alot. You can't miss with any of them. I'm a clasico man but hey that's just my preference.

    Taking a lil vacation time this month I got to have a nice am smoke. Kids and wife out shopping and I enjoyed a nice RYJ corona 01 with a couple cups of coffee. It was a very good smoke.

    Ace Inhibitors are good meds but can have the nasty side effect of a cough. In smokers, I prefer to start them on a beta blocker.
