• BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Tried two new sticks today! 7-20-4 corona gorda - great stick! I really enjoyed this & would definitely buy some! - Thanks again Bob!!! Cubao Maduro toro - very good! Not drastically different, but as it burns it gains in a rich spicy sweetness from the wrapper. I'll smoke more please...

    Monster Thoughts

I agree with Sheep... I think that with 1300 coffins plus 'out of costume' 10-count boxes on the market, it will alow both the collectors & smokers enough to aquire while maintaining some 'hype'. You'll never completely avoid ebayers, except to tell your suppliers to limit box purchases...

I like a combo of both ideas: still pick the top 13 & give them each 50? boxes ea of the coffin # box. Then have a the ten count boxes to give to everyone else. I like the collecting factor & smoking them!

    Xikar Executive

No, the Executive & Plunge are single flame torch and Enigma is a dual flame torch.

    Xikar Executive

My wife had the Executive & ended up trading up for the Plunge which had to be traded in for another, but the new one works well. My favorite is still the Enigma.

    Today's Smoke (2004-2022 Archive)

Yes the LADC was the pepin blended version - a robusto. It wasn't bad at all, very peppery and rich with similarities to the blue line & the famous 70th garcia family stick. It got a little bitter half way through, so I slowed down & it went away. Then towards the last 1/3 the wrapper split to...

Where is your favorite place to light up your favorite stick?

On my cruise in May... I was smoking an MB2 & took this on the sly... M pointed out that I missed them checking their tan-lines... Oh well, live & learn! :inlove: Most frequent spot is the backyard - the more (friends, food, etc.) the merrier!

Tried 2 new ones today... The new blended La Aroma de Cuba: Just okay. A little torpedo called Diesel: Pretty darn good actually (PA broadleaf maduro wrapper is tasty!)
