• BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

    Cello: Yea or Nea?

I voted yes for a reason most people won't agree with. Min Ron Nee's book claims that in really long term agining cigars in cello will be better then cigars without. There are very few cigars that I will ever age that long but figure it can't hurt. And if I do forget about that cigar for 30...

    Habano box label question

I checked at the store while I was there today and the Canadian boxes come with a Havana House Habanos hologram seal over the opening but not the standard square small one that comes on boxes sold in Cuba.

    snowing in Hell?

Do you prefer snow or cold. We have only had about 6 or 8 inches of snow this winter but it is about -25c and wiht wind chill about -37. I usually think I would prefer the snow cuz you don't have to shovel the cold. Hopefully this winter will be milder then last where we hit -47 without...

    Damnit, I'm Thinking It's Mold

You sure looks like bloom. I usually grab any cigar that looks like that. If it doesn't smell like mold smoke it, it may be great.

    The OPUS are here!!!

Well we have opus here for christmas but at $35 for a pc it's a little stiff. We do have Reserva #4,cuaba diademas and siglo VI. I am not quite sure how to justify the price of opus as much as I do like them:scratchhe

    H. Upmann Magnum 50's opinions

They are good but for me, my fav for brand new would be the epicure especial. It just seems to have better construction.

    H. Upmann Magnum 50's opinions

I find them quite good for such a young cigar. Mostly I find them very soft and overly moist with some burn issues. Already though some of the early one are getting better. It has typical Upman flavors which are always very good and get better with age.
