  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

    Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

    Plenty of hard alcohol out there without the burn, you just usually pay for it! :rofl: Can't speak for rums, but there's some high end tequilas and tons of whisk(e)ys out there that have little to no burn.

    No chrome? Hmmm..just checked the Sony site and I guess I see what you mean. Damn, who wants to pay extra for Chrome on a PS3? LOL. The 80GB does come with CompactFlash/Memory Stick/SD slots whereas the 40GB does not. Not sure how this really matters, but I'm sure there is a use for it...

    Pretty much. For serious cigar smokers who shop around, Thompson's is one of the last places to go. WAY overpriced and their bundle smokes tend to be the bottom rung of bundle smokes. Cigars International and JR Cigars are two places that easily surpass Thompson's for price and quality...

    Hehe, trust me, there is ALWAYS a bigger, better, nicer collection out there. The ideal (and it's tough, trust me) is to be happy with the collection you have. Most of us fail at that, hence the constant suggestion to those starting out to "GO BIG!". :stretchgr

    True Clay, but once that gets going I have a feeling anyone really utilizing it is going to find that even 80GB is nothing close to enough. That's why I love the fact that it is so darned easy to swap out the HD in the PS3.

    Ridiculous. Easy fix though, no children or minors. Exactly what does a cigar shop have for children anyway? I somehow doubt they are driving the profits for the store. I'm not in anyway saying this is ok, just saying I wouldn't be covering up my advertising.

    Cliff, not much of a difference at all, and the 80G difference is one to be ignored. Increasing the size of the hard drive is cake with the PS3. All you need is any 2.5" Laptop HD and you are good to go, you can swap it out in probably 5-10 minutes with nothing more than a screwdriver IRRC...

    AC-130 Spectre. The "Angel" part refers to the flairs, not the actual plane. The amount of firepower carried by this plane is insane.
