BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE
Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Today's Smoke (2004-2022 Archive)
Had a few smokes today, started with a BOTL 2010 redux, followed by an ep Carrillo ( my first one, and asides from a few burn issues that were prolly my fault, will become one of my regular smokes now) and now an undercrown, I keep forgetting how friggin awesome these sticks really are... -

this has to be one of the wettest summers in years, but its needed, and dont forget about the "new" bigger meaner mosquitoes!!!!!!! luckily i have a covered/screened porch, but whenever i venture out of the safety of it, i get ate up and soaked... -

Dogs and fireworks
thankfully my pit is deaf and has been since birth, so loud noises/gunshots dont bother him, but he has a fascination with lights and shadows, so when he finally does notice the fireworks, he gets all excited and tries to chase the lights/shadows on the ground, its quite entertaining. my folks...- Phillsl

Glad I could help guys ;) I love finding excuses to fire up the smoker, and will do so whenever I can. I've been wanting to build a hitch mount smoker that can travel with me while cooking for a while now, maybe I need to build it before our next herf...... All sauced up and ready to eat... -
