• BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

    Habano Herf '11 part 2!

The Reyes was underwhelming but the others were great. The VR was a first for me, so it was a treat. Tons of cocoa and wood with a subtle fruitiness.

Interesting thoughts from Hamlet regarding how much flavor the wrapper imparts...

Agreed, obviously on a 60 RG (read: stupid) cigar its going to have less of an impact than on a 42 RG.

Interesting thoughts from Hamlet regarding how much flavor the wrapper imparts...

I agree, NJ. Obviously you can't deny that darker ≠ stronger and a lighter cigar with more ligero will generally have more power than a dark cigar with no ligero... I think Hamlet is crazy in saying that only 7-8% of flavor comes from the wrapper..... Maybe is speaking quantitatively...
