• BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

    Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

    The creaminess is still present with a touch more spice coming through the nose. The aroma is getting slightly stronger with hints of cocoa.

    Yay, participation! I was hoping for either some questions or encouragement along the way! Right now there is a crazy aroma coming off of this Zen. Its almost like opening a box of RASS and mixing it with creme brule/creamy vanilla.

    Definitely getting to that meaty richness, Brooks spoke of. So far I'm enjoying that aspect of the cigar.

    More woody flavors are starting to make themselves known at this point. Sweet cedar and almost a mahogany like smell are starting to show up through the retrohale.

    The ash is getting a little flaky, but flavor is still spot on IMHO.

    Holy cream, batman! It's like if you took the sweet cream icecream from cold stone and mixed it wish some cocoa power. The smoke is very rich and is coating the palate nicely. A little bit more lingering spice now...
