BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE
Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

TL9000 / ISO9000 Certification???
The confusion often comes in due to a section in the system that encourages certification of all vendors, but as Hendy mentioned, it's usually only required of 1st & 2nd tier suppliers.- Soundwave13

Very familiar with ISO. TL9000 appears to be a communications industry equivelant, which doesn't really make sense for a staffing company. I really think that the Management Rep at your customer doesn't realise that it's vendors are not required to be certified to be in compliance. Maybe it's...- Soundwave13
