I try to keep mine at 68%. I find 62 is too dry and causes the cigar to burn too hot.

The embargo will not be lifted while there's a Castro in power and it remains communist. Personally, I think lifting the embargo would be the worst thing to happen to the CC industry and would take them years to recover.
