Thanks fellas! I bought the Spanish cedar at a local hardwood flooring shop and paid $4.87 per bf. I took home a big 4/4" x 10" x 8' slap for about $45. All of the jointing was done on a table saw. The Spanish cedar veneer which I used for the front edges was $20!!! from Woodcraft. Crazy...

I've got a bunch of Spanish cedar veneer that I can let go for cheap. On my cabinet conversion I didn't do too much to seal it up. It's a beast of an old cabinet that didn't appear to have any leaks. I built a plywood liner and lined the edge with weather stripping. I hope that does the trick.

Alright. It's basically done now. I was planning on using magnets to keep the door closed but since I didn't allow for enough room for the foam gasket it's too tight of a squeeze for a magnet. Now I'm looking into a lock which will keep it clamped down. Since the door and frame are already...
