I've said this before - but this is just a reminder. I'll be breaking BOTL over time in order to get it into a far better place. Just be patient if you can't reach us! We'll be back
Agree...reward those who support you by creating a balanced market price so more can afford the product. .. $6 plus for a petite corona. .....a bit much Mr.Huber.
Yes, there are those who can afford to purchase these at this price point but most can't and would like to be able to keep pace with...
Like cigars...it's YOUR taste. .what YOU like..enjoy the journey and tell the rest of us thanks for offering advice. ...because that's all it is. We're not telling you who to marry or how to live your life. ...that'll cost you a ton.
Oh boy....you have no idea how slippery this slope is...wine or whiskeys paired with cigars is like crack on steroids. I made the mistake of trying wines with my cigars because my wife loves wine...we travel all over the world and she is a wine shopper for sure...Ports, chardonnay, merlots...
Yep...handmades will turn up where you scratch your head thinking...was this POS made on a Friday where the worker couldn't wait to get home and have a cigar themselves? It's not often this happens esp. from a Manufacturer that is well known for QC...but shyte happens.
Count me in as one of those who have smoked a ton of cigars over the years and have been given cigars to smoke from some famous and infamous Manufacturers....I've since stopped accepting them only because of it being uncomfortable to review any that come banded. I use to review a ton of cigars...
These are a treat....I put a half box of these away for over a year while I smoked the others from 30 days to about 7 months and the longer they hibernate the better. One thing I noticed on these is that around 2 months the flavor tends to 'burst' and it is a really satisfying cigar because...
Was that cigar ok when it arrived? I've seen my cigars "bust open" like that as well and it can be from a few reasons notwithstanding that it was too wet/dry. Usually it doesn't fall apart like that...that's just a mess esp. from a brand like that. I've had a loose wrapper that will unravel...
I'm the homeless person under the overpass on I-5 in San Diego. ..with the current Country Club Hat on (black ) that is currently broke from buying another box of Crowned Heads Cigars. I have a cardboard sign saying...Thanks Jon Huber
For some it's different appliances....we have a microwave that just works and works but when it comes to washing machines.....they have ears and eyes. If I talk about it...it will up and die so we don't talk around it.
Generally speaking just about any box of cigars that arrive at your place will have those "traveling blues syndrome" where they are taken out of their homes and then shipped to your home. If we're speaking of CC's this is applicable and you don't have to wait for 18 months...actually I...
Discovered these a couple of years ago....bought 10 of them as they look like a BIC but are refillable and keep using them over and over. They were at a CVS for $1 each and so far I'm still on the first one...the other 9 are waiting patiently in the 'on deck' circle.
BINGO! Cooleradors are a great way to store our cigars and I use the rule of thumb with them like I do with any humidor...75% full gives just the right amount of exchange within that space for air to circulate. Using the boxes your cigars come in is correct useage of that box....I tend to use...
You can always get the "knock off" lighters. I have 2 of the real deal ST's and 4 of the knock offs...guess which ones I don't have any issues with...that's right, the fakes.
Jack Schwartz.....I love them but we have a bad relationship with each other....I buy too much from and that ends up...
It's called "merchandising" and making the consumer think about the positives of cedar aroma....marketing has as much to do with cigars as it does anything. Even the FOG's get caught up in this game of how we visualize product and what looks cool. Let's face it...put a body style on a Porsche...
My first pipe was experienced in the early 80's and loved it from the start. Couldn't agree more as to the learning curve associated with pipes because once you get the recipe down...it's a great marriage. I think smoking pipes is obvious...of course it's the taste but another thing is the...
