Was your box sealed when you got it? A swap for cheaper cigars isn't common, but I've heard of it happening here in south florida.

I got a box of RDC and paid $20 per stick and was glad to get that price for a full box. I know MSRP is lower, but around here you pay up or do without.

Depends on the cigar, but if I can punch, I usualy do. Xikar makes punch's in 7mm, 9mm and 10mm so they are great for just about any ring cigar. I have a 7mm and 9mm and am happy with both. My cutter is also a Xikar, like the brand although I've never had a Palio, and hear rave reviews about them.

Another trick is to take the cap after you cut it, moisten it and use it like a bandaid. Can fix a small hole even through the binder.

You can also use a bit of pectin slightly watered down. You can find Pectin in the canning section of your grocery store- goo in a foil packet. If you don't want to hunt down the "El Torcedor" Cigar Glue.

The Seller may be the drop shipper, selling an opportunity to work to make them money. Any bussiness worth buying costs far more than that and would sell through a more legit means. What is the LLC name and what state is it in? I bet it just got opened this year and has no creditable income to show!
