Second vote for into and... What is the humidity on these? try dry boxing them for a while to dry them out some. Less humidity will shrink the leaf and might correct the draw. Expecialy with thin ring cigars I like no more than 65% and find problems around 70%. Good Luck.

Slow is the word, I'd put it in a ziplock with just a crack open, if the wrapper dries out much faster than the filler it will split.

Just remember they eat mice and such, so if you have snakes, you have snake food. One sure way to get rid of the snakes is to get rid of the snake food, but just getting rid of the snakes, you will leave lots of uneaten breeding snake food left behind.
