Trying this straw thing but it won't stay lit. The cigar goes in the straw, right? Or am I supposed to hold the straw in my mouth and use it to suck up the smoke coming off the end of the cigar?

Used it again tonight and I'm feeling better already. (y) I also like the hip abduction/adduction machine... Mix in some treadmill and exercise bike, because any leg work helps keep the back and hips straight. For me it does, anyways

I've had good luck lately using leg machines to keep my back loose. Gym I go to (not as frequently as I'd like, but still) has a leg press machine where you sit inclined and push horizontally, it's great. No need to go crazy with the weight, just enough to get the muscles working and my back...

I have a mostly full box, they don't really flip my wig so I'm giving them some time, but MF > petit royales all day long... of course, tastes are subjective, personal preference blah blah blah, so PM me your addy if you'd like to try one (y)
