i've got VOIP for my alarm system pretty much. DSL coming in over my dead land line. Cell for most communications, although I'll pick up the VOIP if I'm at home or plan on calling international.

i also have the option, but don't use it. I really don't see the need for me at this point. I rarely go to the doctor or spend any money per year on healthcare. And unless I'm mistaken, if you don't use it, you lose it?
