Not really, there's no correlation between the age of a cigar and the hardness. I've got plenty of aged cigars past 7+ years that exhibit no hardness at all :yes:

They're not bad cigars....just not the most flavorful around. But they exhibited some of the most razor sharp burns I've ever seen on any cigar.
